Is this really cheating?

The three of them having like a Polyrelationship/triad? or something (I don't know if you can call it that at first in this scenario cause of the cheating but it maybe ends up that way somehow?)

Isa and Lea having a dysfunctional relationship. Regularly ‘breaking up’ and often sleeping with other people during these couple day breaks. Eventually Isa sleeps with Sora cause hes a cute guy that Lea knows and hes kinda pissed at Lea. Lea hears this and also sleeps with Sora cause ‘fuck you Isa he’s my friend’

Then they get back together, just like they normally do except they both keep seeing Sora. They’re going on dates and sleeping with him. Both cheating on each other with the same guy and they Know it. They both Know the other one is seeing him but they don’t say anything because thats Difficult and means they have to communicate and they both want to keep seeing Sora and what if it causes a fight or they can’t see him anymore?

But their relationship is getting better. They aren’t fighting or arguing with each other anymore. They’ve gone months without a single actual argument and they decide its cause of Sora but they’re still not talking about it. They know he’s the one thing thats changed from all the other times and caused them to start getting their acts together. adding someone to a relationship isn't supposed to fix it but somehow in their case it did?

Lea showing up to take Sora on a date and Isas walking out of Soras apartment having not come home the night before and lied about being at his parents house helping them. They just kinda nod at each other quickly and go on their way.
Isa seeing Sora and Lea on a date when Lea said he had to work late. They catch each others eye and Isa just kind of steps back inside the building till they pass by before going home.

Sora doesn’t know whats going on. He’s sure they know about it cause he mentions going out with the other one and they both said the other one knew. But they’re not as affectionate when hes with both of them. They never really talk about the other when they’re with him. He doesn’t mind, maybe it’s just weird for them? But they’ve all been together a bit now and he’s wants it to be more serious.

And he’s mentioning this to both of them but neither really gives him a straight answer. They don’t want to lose him by not committing but they got used to this kind of awkward dance around the subject. Despite them both being way better at communicating then they were before, neither of them wants to come forward and admit to it so they can work something out. But they’ve got to cause Soras getting nervous they might not actually be serious about him.
